This is day 1of a 2 part event that focuses the assessed curriculum for 8th Grade Social Studies STAAR US Geography and Culture.  

FIT SOCIAL STUDIES consultants who have over 15 years experience in SOCIAL STUDIES education, will lead the online training and give teachers an in depth look at the social studies assessed curriculum, target how to approach the TEKS through SOCIAL STUDIES, and focus on the calibration of social studies content/process skills through student academic success. 

Teachers will receive an abundance of resources and will be able to ask questions at the end of each day training.
