ADMINISTRATOR:  LEADERSHIP IN ACTION

Focus:   T-PESS Domains 1,2, and 3, 4

Participants will learn innovative ways to create a positive campus culture that contains a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs how their faculty and staff interact with the campus community. 

ADMINISTRATOR:  DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION

Focus:   T-PESS Domains 1,2, and 3, 4

Participants will examine the challenges facing campus administrators. They will learn the importance of clarifying their vision of an effective school and their role in leading it. Effective leaders will learn good motivation skills.

ADMINISTRATOR:  DEFINING GREAT DATA ANALYSIS

Focus:   T-PESS Domains 1,2, and 3, 4

Participants will examine the challenges facing campus administrators with data. They will learn the importance of clarifying their vision of an effective data analysis for their school and their role in leading curriculum and instruction.

ADMINISTRATOR:  EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Focus:   T-PESS Domains 1,2, and 3, 4

Participants  will learn the importance of clarifying their vision of an effective school and their role in leading it. Effective leaders must have good communication skills, along with effective communication skills.

ADMINISTRATOR:  BEING RESOURCE ORIENTED

Focus:   T-PESS Domains 1,2, and 3, 4

Participants  will learn the importance of clarifying their vision of an effective school and their role in leading it with the correct resources to provide teachers and instruction.  Effective leaders must have good awareness and skills, along with effective communication skills for these resources for instruction.
